Duration of the warranty
The current warranty provided for by Beyond Products has a duration of one (1) year, as from the date of purchase mentioned on the Purchaser's original invoice.

Notification of Claims
Each claim by the Purchaser shall be notified to Beyond Products following the procedure mentioned hereafter.
The Purchaser can either (i) return the defected Product himself to Beyond Products or (ii) return this Product to the retailer where he has bought the product. In case (i) the Purchaser is obliged to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) by phone [NUMBER] and report to Beyond Products :
- the specifications of the Product concerned;
- a detailed description of the defect;

After receipt of a RAN, the Purchaser shall ship the defected Product immediately and:
- include the original purchase invoice
- include a brief description of the problem and the RAN
- mark the defect clearly with a piece of masking tape
- print the RAN clearly on the outside of the box

In case (ii) the defected Product should be accompanied by the original purchase invoice.

Remedy and limitations
Without prejudice to what is stated hereafter in article 5, if a Product is defected in workmanship and/or material and a notification has been sent by the Purchaser in accordance with article 3 and during the warranty period mentioned in article 2, Beyond Products will at its discretion either provide a replacement Product, or repair the Product at its expense as specified hereafter.

In any case Beyond Products' obligations will be limited to the value of the Product as invoiced by Beyond Product's authorised distributors, agents, dealers, retailers or representatives to the Purchaser.

The costs and expenses of the transport of the defected Product to Beyond Products are to be borne by the Purchaser. Return shipping costs will be borne by Beyond Products.

Limitations and exclusion of coverage

This warranty does not apply
- If the defect is caused by any modification of the Products or its components not authorized by Beyond Products;
- If the defect is caused by chairlifts;
- In the event the defect is caused by impact, abuse or neglect of the Product;
- When the damage is a result of faulty or improper mounting or adjustment of the bindings;
- When the damage is caused by anything else than defects in workmanship or material;
- In case of normal wear and tear, chips from impacts, scratches, discoloration, fading, bleeding or cosmetic flaws;
- If the Products have been modified, changed or altered in such a way that is not specifically authorized by Beyond Products in writing;
- To defects on Beyond Products sold by an unauthorized dealer;

Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Beyond Products be liable, whether in contract or in tort (including negligence), for lost profits or revenues, loss of use or similar economic loss, or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or similar damages arising out of or in connection with the use, condition, possession, performance, maintenance, non-delivery or late delivery of the Product, even if Beyond Products has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

No other commercial warranties
The warranty provided herein is the sole and exclusive commercial warranty with respect to Beyond Products' Products and supersedes any and all other commercial warranties, oral or written, of any type relating to the Products. Any products of Beyond Products not covered by this warranty are sold 'as is'. The remedy set forth under article 4 of the present warranty is the sole obligation of Beyond Products under the warranty provided herein and the sole remedy available for the Purchaser under the warranty provided herein.

Legal warranty
The Purchaser has certain statutory rights under the applicable national legislation relating to the sale of consumer goods. The present commercial warranty does not affect these rights.
